The International Conference on Sustainable, Resilient Cities and Transport, Aichi 2021 (SRCT 2021) is a three-day event that comprises three international meetings, namely, the 3rd ASEAN-Japan Smart Cities Network (ASCN) High Level Meeting, the 14th Regional EST* Forum in Asia, and the High-level Experts and Leaders Panel on Water and Disaster (HELP), and related technical tours.
